Our People

It was during my university studies that I realised the power of conversation. I could see the importance of truly getting to know people as the key to unlocking the aspect of accounting that I am most passionate about – helping others. Working whilst studying gave me a greater depth of understanding of accounting theories, and I saw time and time again, the benefits that a pro-active approach to accounting can have on a client’s financial wellbeing.
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce in 2008 at La Trobe University, I jumped straight into an accelerated CPA program, attaining my full membership in 2010. Continued learning for both personal and professional development is very important to me and give me the peace of mind that I can give my client’s relevant solutions and advice.
Away from the office, I’m passionate about food – I love cooking and baking or simply sharing a meal with others. Spending time with my family is essential to my happiness – we love to travel and explore together, spend time at the beach or in the pool, go on family bike-rides or just goof around with silly songs and games. You’ll also find me at farmer’s markets, searching for bargains at the shops or at a bar somewhere offering happy hour. Otherwise, I’m training at the gym or focusing the mind and calming the spirit through yoga.
I love to hear about my client’s successes, achievements and share in their journeys.
It is such a privilege to be included in a client’s inner circle, to be considered as a trusted sounding board for ideas and opportunities or contingencies. I’m here to listen to your story, answer your questions and help you feel in control and positive about your financial future.

I love to bring people together, to encourage collaboration and the sharing of information and knowledge. In our workplace, I encourage our team to work together, as we all have different strengths, and we complement each other in ways that bring our client’s the best results. With our client’s, I love to get to know and understand them personally – what motivates them and where they’re aiming to get to. I find the most satisfying part about what I do is hearing about a client’s success – no matter how big or small, it is such a privilege to be a part of their journey.
I studied at Monash University and completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) double degree in 2005. I completed my CPA in 2010. I have an interest in business start-up, business development and the use of technology to deliver the best service and outcomes possible.
Outside of the workplace, I like to make sure we are always doing something – whether it be a family bike ride, cooking a BBQ for family or friends or going on adventures. I love the thrill of theme park rides and downhill skiing. It brings me joy to see my family having fun, enjoying life and making memories.
Keeping up to date with local and global news and trends gives me great perspective on how we can all make an impact on the lives of those around us, the community we are part of and the world in which we all live. Let me help you live your best life and leave the world a better and happier place.

Every day I am inspired by my children – their energy and vision for life make me want to be the best version of myself so that I can be around for as long as possible to watch them live their lives. As a financial advisor, I hope to be able to give my clients the peace of mind of knowing they are working towards bettering their financial position. By allowing me to support and oversee the management of their finances, they too can focus on being their best version of themselves.
My dream super-power would be to have the ability to read minds. However, until I develop this ability, I will continue to rely on my love of listening and conversing with clients in order to learn what their aspirations and goals are, then formulate strategies to help achieve them.
Being available to support my family, friends, colleagues and clients is of utmost importance to me – I will give you a safe place to talk, without judgement.
I have always operated with my clients’ best interest at heart. Over the last 20 years, the financial planning industry has travelled down a long, tough road, to evolve to where it is today – a professional industry, which places client best interests first; has clarity around commissions and seen the removal of conflicted remuneration; and sets minimum education standards of advisors to require a minimum of a degree qualification. I am most pleased to see these formalised through legislation as this will hopefully help to remove negativity and confusion for potential clients, who may have been previously deterred to seek much-needed advice.
I completed my Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) in 2003 at RMIT and became a qualified financial adviser in 2006. Continuing to keep abreast of changes within the industry and marketplace is an ongoing requirement that I really enjoy. The areas I have focused on are superannuation and retirement planning, social security, gearing strategies, insurance, investments and portfolio management.

I thrive on learning new things and solving problems. I enjoy the regular, ongoing work that we assist our client’s with – offering payroll support and the associated reporting, generating their invoices – being involved and a part of the processes that ensure a client’s business is running smoothly and efficiently is very satisfying.
My two siblings and I were raised by my mother as a single parent after my father passed away – she showed me women are capable of anything. I hope that with my professional skills and life choices that I too can inspire other girls and women to achieve their dreams and goals.
I enjoy shopping, eating out with my friends and exploring new places. I hope to spend much more of my spare time travelling both domestically and around the globe.
I studied a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing) at the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka. I completed a further Post Graduate Master of Professional Accounting at La Trobe University in 2017. I have been working to develop my technical skill in various bookkeeping software platforms and look forward to expanding this knowledge in the areas of payroll and reporting.

It’s such a great feeling to complete a task or to know you’re up to date. I aim to use my knowledge and problem-solving skills to help clients get the financial information they need in the most efficient way.
I completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting in 2016 at Swinburne University. I am currently undertaking further professional studies to obtain CPA status.
I enjoy spending time on computers, my favourite thing to do is play video games. I also enjoy watching movies and TV series and catching up with friends is also very important to me.
I admire Lionel Messi (soccer player) for his amazing skills, decision-making ability and the longevity of his career. I hope to translate these traits in my professional career.

I love to be part of this team! By supporting the team with administrative tasks, I know I am making a difference to our clients because the advisers can take better care of them. I find it really rewarding to set up processes that will deliver efficiencies. My background in HR means I am great with people.
Growing up in a family that ran a small business and being married to a self-employed electrician, I personally understand just how important it is to feel you’re understood and have a team backing you.
I’m a mum of three young girls, so life is very busy. I love to spend time with my family and friends, travel, shop and swim. If I could choose one super-hero power, it would be flying.
